Processing: orders placed by 1:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, are usually processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. are processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times: for in-stock products, delivery to European Union countries is estimated at approximately 3 business days after processing. Delivery to other European destinations or during busy periods may take longer. Products that require restocking may need 5–7 business days of preparation before dispatch.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
14-DAY RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, intact, and returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

Include your order number, the product/article code, your full address, and the reason for the return. We will send the correct return instructions and address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
For a change of mind or an incorrectly selected product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is damaged, defective, lost in transit, or incorrect, Borsa D’Oro will cover the reasonable return shipping cost. Please report damage promptly and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.
REFUNDS
After the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund. There is no restocking fee.
EXCHANGES
Direct exchanges are not offered. Return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Used, worn, customer-damaged, altered, personalized, or custom-made items are not returnable. Products returned without original packaging or accessories may be refused where their value has been reduced. These exclusions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
EU consumers generally have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
